ForzaPT offers various preventative programs to promote and enhance activity for all ages. We begin with a comprehensive screening by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The screening allows us to determine problem areas, risk factor, and set goals to create a personalized fitness program that will work for you by maximizing health, coordination and equilibrium.

We offer individual and/or small group (3-4) classes. Our programs provide assisted and supervised movement through gradual, fun exercise and activities. We have a variety of classes that focus on many types of problem areas such helping improve movement, endurance, sport performance, fitness and well-being. By being part of our wellness programs children, adults and seniors are able to socialize and develop a foundation for a healthier living.
