Dr. Carlos E. Orozco, PT, DPT, Cert. DN

Dr. Orozco is a knowledgeable physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitating movement, coordination disorders and disabling conditions related to dysfunction and neuromuscular pain. Dr. Orozco provides a comprehensive physical therapy education to encourage patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and subsequent recovery.

Dr. Orozco earned his bachelor’s of Allied Health Science degree in Kinesiology and completed his Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2006 at the University of Texas at El Paso. After moving to San Antonio, Texas in 2006. He attended multiple courses that have made him knowledge in various physical therapy methodologies. He attended the Manual Therapy Institute at San Marcos State University where he extended his skill in manual therapy. In addition, he has obtained McKenzie Mechanical Therapy and Diagnosis Certification A-D (McKenzie Method).

In 2014 , he decided to further expand his career, in which he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio.

His certifications include: Dry Needling by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy: Spinal Manipulation Institute & Dry Needling Institute, Medbridge Vestibular and Balance, kinesiology taping by Rocktape. Also, he is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through APTA.

Family is very important to Dr. Orozco. He feels blessed and is thankful for his three beautiful children and his wife.
